Our kids are in these schools too.

We want them to thrive in an AI world, not be left exposed by it. That only happens when their schools can say yes to AI and keep students safe at the same time.

Our mission

We help schools unlock AI, so that our kids can thrive in an AI world.

Why we built Arvoe

We’ve spent our careers managing risk and technology in large organisations. We kept seeing the same thing: the people closest to the risks avoided the tools meant to support them, because those tools made their jobs harder.

Then AI arrived in our kids’ classrooms. At home, Ryan was teaching his own children how to use AI well and check what it tells them, what it learns about them, and why that convincing voice on a screen isn’t the same as talking to a person. He had the background, the interest and the time to do that. Most parents don’t, so a lot of it falls to schools.

When we looked at what schools had to work with, we found a national framework full of principles and very little on how to put them into practice. Principals already have a hundred other priorities, and Business Managers have dozens of other responsibilities. A complex enterprise tool wasn’t going to help.

So we built Arvoe: one place for every risk a school carries, with real depth in AI, where schools need the most help right now. And we built it so the people using it find their job easier.

The parent test

Every decision we make goes through one question: would we be comfortable if this was the system at our own kids’ school? If the answer is no, it doesn’t ship.

Bring us a question you’ve been asked this term.

It might be about a new app, a camp or something a parent raised. We’ll work through it in Arvoe with you, using a sample school. You’ll talk to Ryan or Lachlan, Arvoe’s founders.
