Pricing depends on the size of your school and the package it chooses. We would rather give you an accurate proposal after a conversation than a number that does not fit. Proposals are written so a Business Manager or Board can approve them as they stand.
Both give your school the platform, Ask Arvoe and onboarding. Founding Education Partner is for up to 15 schools that join by 31 December 2026. It holds a partner rate for the term you choose, includes every module as it’s released, and gives you a say in what we build next. Core is the standard school licence, with five core modules: risks, controls, policies, AI tools and your school’s context.
Arvoe starts from what your school has. Ask Arvoe takes on the manual work of keeping your records up to date: owners reminded before a policy review is due, gaps shown, and reports drafted for a person to check. Onboarding brings your existing documents in.
No. Every package is a school licence. Anyone at your school who needs to find an answer can use Arvoe and Ask Arvoe, with no seat count to manage.
No. Every licence includes a monthly Ask Arvoe allowance, and your school’s balance is always visible in Arvoe.
Onboarding is a fixed two-week engagement. We load your school’s existing risk register, controls and policies, set up its structure, and train the team.
Yes. Onboarding can start from what your school has, however partial. Ask Arvoe can draft risks and the controls behind them from your policies and Board papers, for your people to review.
Core gives your school the platform, including AI tools and AI risks in the register. The AI Governance Program adds a structured program of work around it: a baseline assessment, a roadmap, the AI Risk and Control Objective Library set up for your school, staff guidance, training and an annual reassessment.
Perhaps not all of it. The question is whether the policy is owned, current, covers staff and tool approval, and whether you could explain it to a parent or the Board. The baseline shows where the gaps are, and the Program starts from what you already have.
Not yet. Today, External Signals is a free monthly briefing for school leaders. We are building it into Arvoe, so each signal is weighed against your school’s own records, with suggested changes for a person to approve. It’s on the roadmap, and Founding Education Partner schools receive it when it’s released.
One, two or three years. The price is held for the length of the term.
Schools that join by 31 December 2026 keep their partner rate for the length of their term, including after pricing changes in 2027.
